By accessing or using ReviewPulse you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
ReviewPulse is a SaaS platform that analyzes publicly available App Store and Google Play reviews using artificial intelligence. We provide sentiment analysis, trend detection, and competitive comparison reports to help product teams make data-driven decisions.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Limitations
ReviewPulse analyzes publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights.
You may not use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
Automated scraping or bulk API abuse beyond your plan limits is prohibited.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.
